What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and be familiar with construction and industrial tools. Experience in equipment rental, excellent telephone etiquette, solid computer skills, and the ability to complete DOT qualifications are highly valued; bilingual ability is a plus in some locations. • Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime. • High school diploma or GED required. • Valid driver’s license required. • Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment. • Previous equipment rental industry experience. • Strong customer service and telephone skills. • Solid computer and administrative skills. • Successful completion of the DOT qualification process preferred. • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations. • Related experience may include account management, rental sales, parts sales, service management, customer service, construction management, tools management, counter sales, equipment associate, manager trainee, skilled craftsman, brand ambassador.
