About the Role
• Build big, distributed, API‑driven systems for tens of thousands of users • Produce robust, efficient, maintainable code using C#, .NET Framework, AWS (Dynamo/S3/Lambda), and SQL Server • Drive and lead software design, development standards, and code reviews • Continually evaluate emerging technologies to improve CoStar’s platform • Architect, design, and build large‑scale distributed, service‑oriented systems and web applications in an agile environment • Data modeling from conceptual, logical, and physical designs

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, nonprofit university or college • 3+ years of experience in C# and .NET Framework • 3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server or T‑SQL database design and performance tuning • Data modeling experience • Demonstrated commitment to previous employers • 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, C# and .NET Core • Experience with RESTful web services • Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and API testing best practices • Advanced SQL querying skills • Power BI for advanced reporting and dashboards • Strong communication skills with both business and technical partners • Experience with Databricks for data engineering workflows • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
