• Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer building‑automation systems using Direct Digital Control technology. • Serve as the local technical contact, delivering effective solutions for complex system issues. • Provide turnkey project delivery for medium to large installations, ensuring proper operation of controls, sensors, and software. • Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports, and implement time‑management strategies to maintain customer satisfaction. • Document project status and communicate details to customers, including site‑specific training for owners and operators.

The position requires a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused professional who will act as a technical role model for other field engineers and resolve complex problems in the field. • Minimum requirement: High School Diploma/GED plus 4+ years experience in building automation, HVAC, or related technical field. • Ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment >8 ft and lift items up to 50 lb; valid driver’s license insurable by company. • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate degree or technical certificate in HVAC, controls, or related field; proficiency with WebCTRL and advanced building‑automation software. • Expertise with TCP/IP networks, including wireless technology, and ability to integrate diverse automation systems. • Strong communication skills for translating technical information to non‑technical audiences and effective teamwork. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
