Conduct inspections, sampling, and oversight for hazardous materials and indoor air quality.

About the Role
• Collect air samples as required by various regulatory agencies. • Prepare reports. • Prepare project daily logs. • Perform project oversight and coordination with contractors. • Work with regulatory agencies. • Interact between client and contractors. • Read project specifications and drawings • Inspection for asbestos, Mold, Lead-based paint, and PCBs. • Prepare project chain of custody.

What You Bring
• Strong verbal communication skills. • Travel throughout Massachusetts and New England region is expected. • 1-10 years of experience in the hazardous building materials, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene industry is required. • Ability to carry and climb ladders and being able to use hand and power tools. • Current or prior certification as an Asbestos Inspector and Project Monitor is required • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical and motor vehicle records check. • Adaptability and flexibility to various work schedules and situations related to emergency response scenarios. • Water intrusion investigation and or water leak investigation. • Be able to wear a respirator, safety harness and other safety equipment as needed • Minimum of an Associate-s Degree in Science or Engineering related field. • Intuitive and creative thinker. Understanding of their surroundings and reason the services are being provided. A consultative demeanor and ability to work with customers / clients and offers solutions when needed. • Must be able to read project specifications and drawings. • Valid Driver-s License is required • Must have prior experience in various aspects of abatement projects. • Must be able to commute to project sites as-needed
