About the Role

• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and resident units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders, ensuring timely repairs and replacements. • Assist with make‑ready turnover processes and schedule maintenance/repair turn events. • Maintain exterior grounds, breezeways, swimming pools, and keep accurate chemical logs. • Conduct daily inspections to identify and correct hazardous conditions, supporting OSHA and EPA compliance. • Uphold the preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with safety standards. • Support the hazard communications program and promote safe work practices. • Record service requests, maintenance activities, make‑ready status, and inventory updates accurately. • Provide exceptional customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and any additional tasks assigned by supervisors. • Meet physical demands including lifting 100+ lb objects, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and handling outdoor weather conditions.

What You Bring
