About the Role

A Driver‑CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck and provides prompt, courteous waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle meets company safety standards, adhere to all regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. The driver conducts thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, and controls. While on route, they follow the route sheet, operate manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of refuse at the designated facility, and interact courteously with customers and dispatchers. They monitor waste for unacceptable containers, tag problem containers, clean accidental spills, and keep the truck clean after each trip. Daily paperwork—including route productivity sheets, VCRs, and other reports—is completed, and the driver maintains productivity standards and participates in the ReSOP safety program.

What You Bring
