About the Role
The Equipment Commissioning Manager (EqCM) supports the Equipment North America (EqNA) organization during start‑up, warranty, and service coordination phases. Reporting initially to the Regional Service Manager and later to the Branch Service Manager, the EqCM works closely with the HVAC Equipment Operations Manager and the Customer Resource Coordinator to serve as the single point of contact for all service scope related to equipment contracts. • Supports EqNA sales during project estimates by determining appropriate service delivery method • Provides custom quotes for service items outside the PCAT policy • Ensures service technicians are trained and coordinates training with the Truck Based Service Manager • Attends RTO meetings for complex projects and identifies service/warranty scope concerns • Validates Planned Service Agreement details and supplies required documentation • Conducts weekly service turnover meetings with SAEs and Branch Operations Manager • Introduces Connected Service capabilities to customers • Coordinates scheduled work and schedule changes directly with the EqNA customer • Verifies asset records in NxGen and assigns them to correct sites • Manages FOB Destination deliveries and communicates with SAE and customers • Ensures warranty information is accurate in Warranty Navigator and resolves discrepancies • Monitors long‑term storage requirements and coordinates with SAE and customers • Promotes use of Pronto Forms for pre‑startup checklists and technician inspections • Completes startups, resolves issues, and provides startup documentation to customers • Records startup dates in NxGen and registers equipment in Warranty Navigator • Provides warranty certification to EqNA customers • Ensures service requests are invoiced promptly upon completion • Acts as first point of contact for warranty requests, dispatching technicians and filing claims • Escalates and resolves issues affecting warranty work, collaborating with product technical support • Facilitates technical support for EqNA customers as needed

What You Bring
The role requires over ten years of industry experience or a technical engineering/construction degree, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and collaboratively, and possess solid interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
