About the Role
As a Mobile General Skilled Technician, you will serve as the cornerstone of property maintenance, operating from a fully equipped service vehicle to perform general repairs, small projects, and preventive maintenance programs that prevent costly disruptions. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of building systems and equipment while ensuring client satisfaction. The position places you on the front line for facility managers and clients, delivering top‑tier service and maintaining world‑class facilities. What You Bring

BGIS offers a competitive hourly rate of $30–$34 (equivalent to $62,400–$70,720 annually) along with generous paid time off that starts at 48 hours and can increase to 168 hours with tenure.
