About the Role
The successful candidate will deliver a full range of building surveying services, take ownership of workstreams, build long‑term client relationships and contribute to the expansion of the Bristol offering. Responsibilities include both professional and project‑focused instructions, with opportunities to work on projects throughout the region and the wider UK. • Building pathology and defect diagnosis • Act as key point of contact for regional clients • Mentor and support junior team members • Assist with business development, client retention and bid activity

What You Bring
• Technical Due Diligence (TDD) • MRICS‑qualified with 1–5 years post‑qualification experience • Proven delivery of core professional surveying instructions • Experience in CAT A/B refurbishments, maintenance works and minor works • Strong communication and report‑writing skills • Commercially aware, organised and proactive • Ability to work independently within a supportive team culture • Experience with regional investor, developer or occupier clients (preferred) • Exposure to diverse properties across Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and the wider region
