About the Role

Photographers schedule appointments to scan homes and apartments, creating 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography for marketing. The position requires up to eight hours of driving, standing, and walking daily, with the ability to lift equipment up to five pounds and perform repetitive hand movements. Work must be performed in all seasons, including rotating weekend schedules. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints to support marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Create photography portfolios that showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Navigate one‑mile square grids to identify and photograph commercial real estate when not on residential assignments. • Follow CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicles and equipment. • Represent CoStar professionally at all times. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates need at least two years of professional experience, specifically in real estate photography, or a recent photography degree. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and field experience are preferred.
