About the Role
The Senior Manager, Data Analytics – Corporate Compliance partners with the Ethics & Compliance and Trade Controls function to embed data‑driven controls across the organization. This role leverages analytics, technology, and cross‑functional collaboration to identify risk, detect misconduct, and provide oversight of compliance‑related IT systems. By joining the compliance analytics team, you will contribute to protecting the company’s reputation, ensuring regulatory adherence, and shaping data‑powered compliance strategies that impact millions of customers worldwide. • Design, develop, and maintain compliance data sets, dashboards, and monitoring tools, ensuring timely access and data governance. • Partner with IT and business units to integrate compliance‑relevant data from multiple systems and establish data accuracy standards. • Build risk assessment dashboards and provide insights aligned with DOJ and OFAC expectations for continuous monitoring. • Extract, analyze, and report data trends to support investigations, identify systemic control failures, and inform root‑cause analysis. • Prepare data‑driven evidence and clear reports for governance, audit committees, and regulatory inquiries. • Automate manual compliance monitoring, implement machine‑learning or anomaly‑detection solutions, and recommend tool enhancements.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, engineering, compliance, or a related field. • Possess 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in compliance, internal audit, legal operations, IT governance, or risk management. • Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel, and data analysis methodologies. • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders. • Experience with ERP systems, data lakes, audit analytics, and large‑scale data preprocessing. • Familiarity with machine‑learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, computer vision) and DOJ/OFAC compliance guidance. • Demonstrate analytical rigor, compliance mindset, collaborative teamwork, technical curiosity, and integrity.
