About the Role
As a Lifeguard at Cancun Resort, you will be responsible for maintaining safety in the pool area, observing guests, performing rescues as needed, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Your role is essential to creating unforgettable vacation experiences for guests and owners. • Coordinate pool activities • Assist with emergency care and treatment • Respond to any incident or emergency around the pool areas and facility • Notify authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activities • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance

What You Bring
