About the Role
• Support development and execution of Carrier’s connected aftermarket strategy for the Light Commercial segment. • Collaborate cross‑functionally (product, engineering, digital, commercial) to launch and scale integrated lifecycle offerings. • Drive initiatives to increase parts capture, service attachment, and digital service adoption. • Analyze customer feedback, sales trends, and connected product data to identify lifecycle value opportunities. • Contribute to change‑management efforts, prepare business cases and presentations, and promote adoption of new aftermarket capabilities.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in strategy, product management, marketing, sales, aftermarket, or HVAC roles. • Willingness to travel up to 30–40% domestically and internationally (Mexico & Canada). • Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment. • Understanding of aftermarket, digital services, and product lifecycle strategies and their impact on product development, sales, and engineering.
