About the Role
The General Utility role supports plant and mine operations through various labor and equipment duties, emphasizing safety and efficiency. Applicants are expected to follow safety policies, work with minimal supervision, and be available for weekend and overtime shifts. • Perform general plant/mine labor and clean‑up, including shoveling stone around conveyors. • Operate a dredge to extract sand from an existing pit. • Report equipment problems to management and complete pre‑shift equipment reports. • Conduct light maintenance on belt lines and assist with other maintenance tasks. • Fill in on various entry‑level production positions during vacations, absences, or increased demand. • Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain safe working conditions.
