About the Role

New hires will attend JLL University, a 13‑week training, development, and networking program. They will support senior brokers in business‑development activities, outreach to new leads, and preparation of business proposals, property summary books, and client presentations, while also shadowing senior brokers during transaction negotiations and documentation. Operational responsibilities include managing team meetings, maintaining a master project‑tracking system, organizing the document repository, coordinating deliverables such as pitch decks, NDAs, LOIs, and research reports, and compiling contact lists for outreach and marketing initiatives. Marketing duties involve creating and modifying external‑facing marketing materials, property summary briefings, and coordinating deliverables with internal regional and national JLL teams, including marketing, GIS, and design groups. Research and analysis tasks consist of compiling comparable real‑estate transactions, monitoring industry news, producing quarterly research reports, collaborating with JLL Research for thought‑leadership materials, and building or reviewing financial models and cash‑flow projections. • Support senior brokers in business‑development activities (cold calls, emails, proposals). • Prepare property summary books and client presentations. • Develop lease comparisons, market overviews, and other client materials. • Shadow senior brokers during transaction negotiations and documentation. • Manage team meetings and maintain a master project‑tracking system. • Organize document repository and coordinate deliverables (pitch decks, NDAs, LOIs). • Compile and maintain prospect contact lists for outreach campaigns. • Assist in creating external marketing materials and property briefs. • Conduct market research, compile comparable transactions, and produce quarterly reports. • Build and review financial, cash‑flow, and valuation models. • Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Eloqua, AI platforms, and GIS.

Ideal candidates have 0–4+ years of commercial real‑estate or B2B sales experience, demonstrated business‑development success, strong analytical and communication skills, and project‑management capabilities. A real‑estate license (within 90 days of hire) and a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real‑estate are preferred. The position does not provide visa sponsorship and requires U.S. work authorization.
