About the Role
The Property Manager role in Palo Alto (CRE) oversees the management of one or multiple properties on behalf of a client, ensuring compliance with the terms of the property management agreement. The manager is accountable for delivering effective property operations and meeting client objectives. • Responsible for all lease administration duties • Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings • Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives • Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management • Develop comprehensive annual inspection process and complete scheduled inspections per asset, best practices, and client requirements • Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations, and ensure smooth recovery process • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts in line with C&W or client requirements • Accurately abstract all property leases in lease administration software • Maintain interface with third‑party owners and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance and timely reporting • Coordinate and oversee tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion • Participate in leasing and client team meetings and ensure effective communication between leasing and property management teams • Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal clients

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least three years of real‑estate property management experience. Preferred credentials include CPM, RPA, or CSM designations, a real‑estate license, and strong finance and building‑operations knowledge. The ability to analyze, prioritize, delegate, and lead a team of employees and vendors is essential. The position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, and requires regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
