Job Highlights
About the Role
The operator runs press brakes according to manufacturing instructions and assists other operators when bending heavy or large parts. They gather all welded and single pieces by shop order, track their location through the welding process, and deliver them to the appropriate work centers. Work is performed using established procedures, manufacturing information, drawings, blueprints, sketches, and verbal or written directions from supervision or engineering. The role requires pushing or pulling up to 100 lb and lifting up to 50 lb. • Operate press brakes following manufacturing instructions. • Assist other operators with bending heavy or large parts. • Gather and track welded and single pieces by shop order through the welding process. • Deliver components to the appropriate work centers. • Follow established procedures, drawings, blueprints, and verbal/written directions. • Push or pull up to 100 lb and lift up to 50 lb.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. At least three months of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, operating a powered industrial vehicle such as a forklift, and using hand and air tools are required. Effective oral and written communication, planning and organizational abilities, and the capacity to influence through strong relationships and a process‑focused mindset are essential. • Hold a high school diploma or GED and be authorized to work in the U.S. • Possess at least three months of industrial manufacturing experience. • Have three months of experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (e.g., forklift). • Use hand and air tools with a minimum of three months’ experience. • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. • Exhibit strong planning, organizational, and relationship‑building abilities.
