About the Role
The successful candidate will assist the Sales office with inside sales functions, including quotations, technical and product support, data entry and analysis, order entry, and order management. This position is scheduled to start in May 2026. Key tasks include supporting the quotation department with project and RFQ single‑line and specification reviews, assembling quote packages, and managing RFQ files, as well as providing inside‑sales support to the outside sales team by fielding technical product inquiries, entering orders, and expediting shipments. • Assist Sales office with quotations, technical support, and order management. • Perform data entry, analysis, and order entry tasks. • Review project and RFQ specifications for the quotation department. • Assemble quote packages and manage RFQ documentation. • Provide inside‑sales support to outside sales team, including technical inquiries and order expedites. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

What You Bring
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical, Mechanical, Power‑Systems Engineering, or business‑related degree or diploma co‑op program and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship. Experience in manufacturing electrical power distribution or control products and prior sales or customer‑service exposure are considered assets. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and challenging the status quo. • Enroll in an accredited Engineering or business co‑op program and authorized to work in Canada. • Possess experience with electrical power distribution or control product manufacturing. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; driven by innovation and continuous improvement.
