Leasing Consultant

About the Role

The Leasing Consultant implements the leasing and marketing program, promotes a positive image of the apartment community, and assists management with resident programs and retention. Typical daily duties include touring the community for prospective residents, processing lease applications, preparing lease documents, planning and attending resident events, collecting and securing rental payments, conducting campaign research, reporting, and supporting resident retention while maintaining an acceptable closing ratio. • Tour prospective residents and showcase available units • Process lease applications and prepare lease agreements • Organize and attend resident events and community functions • Collect rent payments and ensure secure handling • Conduct marketing campaign research and generate retention reports • Maintain target closing ratios aligned with property expectations

What You Bring
