The coordinator will act as the primary VDC contact for construction teams, provide training, promote active participation in the Integrated Delivery Advancement Team (IDAT) community, manage daily work planning, and document process improvements. • Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes using platforms such as BIM, 4D scheduling, and digital fabrication. • Serve as the primary VDC contact for construction teams throughout all project phases. • Conduct VDC training and promote active participation in the Integrated Delivery Advancement Team (IDAT) community. • Manage daily work planning and document process improvements to refine company standards.

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator I for its Minneapolis Group to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes throughout all project phases. The role demands strong communication skills, flexibility, inventiveness, dedication, efficiency, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications require an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering, construction management, or a related field, plus at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates must be proficient with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, BIM 360, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, as well as a valid driver’s license. • Hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering/management and at least two years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, BIM 360, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, and related software. • Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, Dynamo, Grasshopper, and other advanced visualization or parametric analysis tools is a plus. • Possess strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities, along with a valid driver’s license.
