About the Role

The role’s purpose is to deliver high‑quality technical support to both external and internal customers via phone and email, as part of a collaborative technical team. Responsibilities also include attending site visits when required and maintaining up‑to‑date technical knowledge through annual training. The product portfolio covered includes VRFs, chillers, split systems and related HVAC solutions. In this position you will handle technical calls and emails, coordinate on‑site assistance, prepare detailed customer reports, support apprentice training, and be available for out‑of‑hours technical support after completing the required training. • Provide technical support via phone and email to external and internal customers • Respond to technical emails and coordinate on‑site assistance visits • Prepare detailed customer reports • Deliver training to apprentices • Handle out‑of‑hours technical calls after training

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with HVAC products such as VRFs, chillers or split systems, hold an F‑gas certificate (hydrocarbon certification is a plus), and possess a Guilds or NC qualification in refrigeration. A valid UK driving licence, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and a willingness to travel occasionally to other sites are also required. • Experience with HVAC products such as VRFs, chillers, or split systems • F‑gas certification (hydrocarbon certification a plus) • Guilds or NC qualification in refrigeration • Valid UK driving licence • Strong communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Outlook • Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites
