About the Role

The Project Manager role supports delivery of infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle—from planning and design coordination to procurement, construction, and close‑out—while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The position offers an opportunity for a developing project professional to take ownership of outcomes within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. • Manage projects or work packages to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets • Support planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management activities • Coordinate with designers, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders • Assist with procurement, contract administration, and consultant management • Monitor progress and report on performance, risks, and issues • Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance on project activities • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes • Take overall responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract close‑out • Maintain primary fiscal responsibility and serve as key client liaison

What You Bring

Candidates should be proactive, organized, and have 3–8 years’ experience delivering infrastructure projects, a relevant tertiary qualification, and a solid understanding of project controls, cost, schedule, and risk management. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities are essential. • Possess 3–8 years of project management or delivery experience in infrastructure • Experience in water, energy, transport, or civil works sectors • Hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field • Demonstrate knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost, and risk management • Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams
