About the Role

The RSL is responsible for aligning all parts of JLL, both within and beyond CS, to provide a single, joined‑up approach to clients and market opportunities. The role develops project proposals, manages sales presentations, coaches sales representatives and drives continuous improvement across the sales process. Key responsibilities include leading geographic sales, driving organic growth and new IFM sales, collaborating with PDS and Consulting teams, and developing a regional sales strategy. The RSL manages relationships with the firm’s Markets Brokerage team, integrates JLL’s full product suite into client solutions, and coordinates enterprise, vertical and scaling sales efforts. The role also focuses on prospecting new market segments, expanding existing client relationships, and nurturing a high‑performing sales team while ensuring 100% CRM365 adoption. Revenue growth is achieved by using JLL’s 7‑step sales process, go/no‑go reviews, Key Issues Analysis and robust contract negotiations aligned with the Contract Review Board. • Lead geographic sales, driving organic growth and new IFM accounts. • Develop and execute regional sales strategy with PDS, Consulting, and Brokerage teams. • Integrate JLL’s product suite into comprehensive client solutions. • Coordinate enterprise, vertical, and scaling sales efforts with transactional teams. • Prospect new market segments and expand existing client relationships. • Build and mentor a high‑performing sales team; achieve 100% CRM365 adoption. • Utilize JLL’s 7‑step sales process, go/no‑go reviews, and Key Issues Analysis to drive profitable growth. • Lead contract negotiations in alignment with the Contract Review Board governance. • Represent JLL in industry organizations as a subject‑matter expert.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a BS/BA (MBA preferred) and at least ten years of sales or sales‑enablement experience in a global high‑tech B2B environment. Experience influencing executive leadership, managing international sales teams, strong analytical and program‑management skills, and commercial/financial acumen are essential. Desired skills include a passion for sales, familiarity with the Miller‑Heiman methodology, leadership and change‑management capabilities, and the ability to navigate cultural and political dynamics across functions. Experience with CRM and sales‑enablement platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Seismic, creative problem‑solving, learning agility, and a collaborative, goal‑oriented mindset are also valued.
