About the Role
Inspectors are responsible for routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, and suppression life‑safety product lines, as well as comparable competitor products. They test and inspect fire alarm systems for both existing and new customers, maintain proper documentation, adhere to safety policies, and work in challenging positions using ladders, scaffolding, or high‑lift equipment. • Conduct routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on life‑safety product lines • Test and inspect fire alarm systems for existing and new customers • Maintain proper documentation using provided tools • Follow company safety policies and procedures • Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lb • Work in unusual positions (ladders, scaffolding, high‑lift equipment) • Work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs • Keep work area clean and safe

What You Bring
Candidates need at least one year of installation or service experience with fire alarm equipment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a good record. They must be self‑starters capable of minimal supervision, possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to perform physical labor, obtain NICET I within a year, and have basic computer and smartphone proficiency. • Minimum 1 year installation or service experience with fire alarm equipment • Self‑starter with ability to work with little supervision • Strong organizational skills and positive attitude • Ability to perform physical labor • Excellent communication skills • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license with good record • Obtain NICET I within 1 year of employment • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) and smartphone proficiency
