About the Role
The Crew Leader oversees a landscape maintenance team, ensuring equipment is maintained, safety standards are met, and high‑quality work is delivered. They act as the main point of contact for resolving issues and guaranteeing client satisfaction while supervising daily operations. • Prepare tools and equipment daily; verify safety compliance. • Inspect irrigation systems and monitor plants for pests or diseases. • Supervise crew time management, breaks, and enforce safety procedures. • Perform snow and ice removal when required. • Operate and maintain mowers, blowers, and heavy machinery. • Apply fertilizers, train crew members, and transport materials. • Supervise 3‑5 employees, provide training, and ensure efficient work practices. • Offer suggestions to improve productivity and job quality.

What You Bring

Safety protocols are enforced to protect crew members in these environments. • Minimum 2 years landscape maintenance experience; 1 year leadership preferred. • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions; Spanish bilingual a plus. • Basic arithmetic and problem‑solving skills. • Valid SC driver’s license with clean record. • Lift up to 50 lb regularly (up to 100 lb occasionally) and work in varying weather conditions.

Daily Pay On‑Demand is available through a mobile‑friendly application, and the position offers a 4/10 work schedule—four days a week, ten‑hour shifts. The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader role is based out of Piedmont, SC, with hours Monday‑Thursday, 7 am‑5:30 pm, and a pay range of $20‑24 per hour depending on experience.
