About the Role
Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to define scope and feature sets, establish delivery schedules, track milestones, and report progress. Lead the end‑to‑end execution of large business programs while supervising junior program managers. Build strong rapport across multiple departments, resolve conflicts, and unblock projects by rallying the right stakeholders. Make trade‑offs that maximize business value while minimizing delays, leveraging domain and technical knowledge to challenge viewpoints and suggest alternatives. Act as an ambassador for DP World, upholding its Founder’s Principles, safety standards, and Code of Conduct, and perform other related duties as assigned. • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define scope and features. • Create and maintain delivery schedules, track milestones, and report status. • Lead end‑to‑end execution of large programs and oversee junior program managers. • Foster cross‑functional relationships, resolve conflicts, and remove project roadblocks. • Balance business objectives with trade‑offs to maximize value and reduce delays. • Apply domain and technical knowledge to challenge assumptions and propose alternatives. • Represent DP World’s values, safety standards, and code of conduct in all activities.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology. • 7‑9 years of program‑management experience in technology companies, preferably in international trade, e‑commerce, or logistics. • Proven track record of launching large revenue‑generating initiatives from scratch. • Experience mentoring junior program managers. • MBA with supply‑chain or e‑commerce focus is a plus. • Strong problem‑solving, issue‑resolution, and multitasking abilities in deadline‑driven environments. • Excellent oral and written communication skills for influencing and clear analysis. • Ability to report progress, drive delivery, and maintain stakeholder relationships. • Passion for delivering world‑class customer experiences.
