About the Role
The coordinator will manage logistics and labor for all installation jobs, act as the primary point of contact for customers, and ensure clear communication about material updates, scheduling, and preparation requirements. What You Bring
Statewide Remodeling Inc. is looking for a dynamic, self‑starting Production Coordinator who will support and align departmental processes to meet business needs across the state. The role reports to the production team and serves as a central hub between customers, sales, and internal departments. Candidates must possess strong time‑management and organizational abilities, be able to type at least 30 wpm, and have basic Excel skills. The position requires 2+ years of customer‑facing experience, preferably with scheduling, as well as excellent written and verbal communication. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the role may involve occasional movement, lifting, and various visual tasks. Work is performed in an office setting with a moderate noise level, Monday through Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8 AM–5 PM. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, is essential, and the employee must be comfortable learning new software. Business‑casual attire and a neat appearance are expected during business hours.
