Assist with structural design/analysis on bridge projects as a co‑op.

About the Role
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures • Perform assignments under direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager • Assist engineers with structural design and analysis tasks for various projects • Support development of reports and documentation for design projects • Organize and maintain project files and records • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines • Perform basic research on materials, codes, and standards as needed

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include having completed approximately two years toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA, demonstrated interest in structural design/CAD software such as MIDAS, CSi Bridge, or AutoCAD, and knowledge of basic engineering codes and standards like CSA or MTO. Required qualifications are current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commitment to actively participate in our employee‑owned culture. • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA • Demonstrated knowledge or interest in learning structural design/CAD software (MIDAS, CSi Bridge, AutoCAD or similar) • Knowledge of basic engineering codes and standards (e.g., CSA Standards, MTO, etc.) • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program • Attention to detail • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills • Basic Microsoft Office skills
