About the Role
The Technical Investment Advisory group seeks a Project Manager for its Construction Monitoring team in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa, FL. This role provides professional oversight and detailed reporting to construction lending institutions. Key duties include conducting on‑site inspections, reviewing contractor payment applications, and managing documentation for monthly draw requests. The manager also analyzes budgets and schedules, evaluates progress against critical path items, and prepares timely Construction Monitoring Reports. • Conduct site inspections and verify contractor payment applications • Manage and review documentation for draw requests and compliance • Analyze hard and soft cost budgets and construction schedules • Prepare and deliver Construction Monitoring Reports by deadlines • Support additional services such as Plan and Cost Reports and Property Condition Assessments

What You Bring
Successful candidates possess strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, drawings, and building codes, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be adept at multitasking, analytical problem‑solving, and working both independently and collaboratively, while being proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of construction project management or monitoring experience, preferably in construction lending or real‑estate finance. Prior client‑facing consulting experience and willingness to travel regularly to regional sites are essential. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, drawings, and codes • Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, and analytical problem‑solving • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field • Minimum 5 years of construction project management or monitoring experience, including construction lending or finance • Prior client‑facing consulting experience • Ability to travel regularly to construction sites regionally
