About the Role

This position delivers comprehensive facilities management support, continuously monitoring client spaces while collaborating with facility managers on daily operations. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement activities, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service contracts, and handling asset tracking and disposal. The role also involves assigning work orders in a CMMS and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. You will assist the Facility Management team with tactical planning and the execution of day‑to‑day workloads, providing facility‑specific assistance to project managers and handling small management tasks as needed. Coordination of special events, meeting‑room reservations, and client interactions will be part of your duties, along with maintaining strong vendor and service‑provider relationships. Additionally, you will administer security systems, support budgetary analysis and reporting, and schedule maintenance while processing accounts payable and receivable. • Provide overall facilities management services, monitoring client spaces and supporting managers. • Oversee procurement, issue purchase orders, and manage bid requests and service contracts. • Track and dispose of assets and equipment in accordance with company policies. • Assign work orders in the CMMS and coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely completion. • Assist the Facility Management team with tactical planning and daily workload execution. • Support project management tasks and handle small facility management assignments as needed. • Coordinate special events and manage meeting‑room reservations for clients and JLL staff. • Serve as liaison for clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring proper follow‑up and relationship management. • Direct vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of work quality. • Administer security systems and assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting. • Schedule maintenance activities and process accounts payable and receivable functions.
