About the Role
As a plumber you will ensure client facilities remain safe and compliant by performing planned preventative maintenance, undertaking tank replacements, conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring, and responding to reactive maintenance tasks. You will also install, repair and maintain fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications and remove dead legs while collaborating with teams, keeping accurate records and adhering to health and safety regulations. • Perform planned preventative maintenance on plumbing systems • Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic settings • Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring • Respond to reactive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving commercial plumbing issues • Install, repair and maintain fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs • Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, and follow health and safety regulations

What You Bring
The role requires a City & Guilds Level 2 plumbing qualification (or equivalent), preferably G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification, and proven commercial plumbing and water‑hygiene experience. A full UK driving licence is essential; experience in building services, facilities management or environmental consultancy is an advantage. • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) required; G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification preferred • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks • Experience in building services, facilities management or environmental consultancy is a plus • Full UK driving licence essential
