What You Bring
The position requires physical stamina for field work, including climbing ladders, handling tools, and navigating active construction zones. Employees work on‑site where exposure to hazards, heavy machinery, variable weather and noise is common, and must use appropriate personal protective equipment. • Hold a BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent). • Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet physical stamina requirements for field work. • Preferred: 6+ years MEP or mega‑construction experience and a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management. • Desired certifications: BCxP, CQM‑C or similar. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk Construction Cloud (or comparable software).

This full‑time, on‑site role in Chicago offers a salary range of $113,300‑$209,600 and may include relocation assistance. Sponsorship for U.S. work authorization is not available; candidates must pass a substance‑abuse test, background check and possibly a client security screening.
