Interior Design Manager

About the Role

The role manages the implementation of design management systems and its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements. It acts as an enabler for change, business improvement and delivers distinctive value for clients, overseeing all phases of design management including interactions with construction, commercial, programme and procurement. • Coordinate activities to deliver assigned elements of the annual business plan within deadlines and budget. • Guide daily activities of the design management team for projects. • Ensure briefs and stakeholder requirements are adhered to. • Provide operational support for design management resources deployed to projects. • Interpret and present management review data and key performance indicators to stakeholders. • Support business development and work‑winning initiatives. • Maintain adherence to management systems and governance across the project lifecycle. • Review, analyse, and present data and key metrics for management reviews. • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate team deliverables to ensure alignment. • Utilise the Centre of Excellence (CoE) knowledge base. • Collaborate on net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions and reductions during delivery.
