About the Role
The Service HVAC Field Supervisor is responsible for running service calls and supervising technicians, providing training and technical support to ensure the highest quality service. This position reports directly to the Branch Service Manager. Key duties include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment, supervising field technicians, maintaining detailed maintenance documentation, conducting quality‑control inspections, performing job walks, assisting sales staff with estimating quotes, and ensuring a safe work environment with on‑call availability. • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment. • Supervise and train mechanical service field technicians. • Maintain detailed maintenance documentation and conduct quality‑control inspections. • Conduct job walks and assist in estimating quotes with sales staff. • Ensure a safe work environment and provide on‑call availability. • Provide technical mentorship and conduct performance appraisals for field technicians. • Drive company vehicles for work tasks; undergo a driving background check.

What You Bring
Candidates should have approximately ten years of experience with commercial HVAC systems such as chillers, boilers, pumps, RTUs, and split systems. Physical requirements include the ability to drive, climb ladders, move in and out of vehicles, and work throughout facilities. A driving background check is required. • Require ~10 years of experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, RTUs, split systems, etc. • Physical ability to climb ladders, move vehicles, and work in various facility conditions.
