About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, you will join an on‑site management team focused on delivering exceptional first impressions to visitors, prospects, and residents. You will be responsible for achieving leasing goals such as occupancy and rent growth while building rapport with prospects and existing residents. You will generate interest in the community by touring properties, answering questions about amenities, and highlighting the lifestyle benefits of living in the community. You will assist prospects with qualification, collect necessary information, initiate background checks, and ensure apartments are ready for move‑in. What You Bring

Candidates must be courteous, professional, well‑organized, and able to meet deadlines while adhering to company policies and working collaboratively as a team. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related leasing experience are required. The position operates in a professional office setting using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers, with regular travel between properties and exposure to varying weather conditions. Employees must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods, and remain stationary for most of the workday, with up to 5% travel required. • Communicate effectively and deliver high‑quality customer service. • Hold a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent). • Possess at least one year of related leasing experience. • Travel up to 5% of the time as needed.
