About the Role

The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the first point of contact at the facility, delivering professional and personalized service to employees, visitors, and vendors. This role embodies JLL’s culture and values, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and well‑managed reception area that supports overall workplace operations. • Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism. • Manage visitor registration using the company’s technology platform and coordinate security access. • Notify staff of arrivals and arrange escorts as needed. • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls from the reception console. • Receive and distribute inbound deliveries in partnership with the mail services team. • Provide directions and general information to guests and employees. • Keep the reception and lobby clean, stocked, and presentable. • Respond to employee and visitor inquiries and support emergency evacuations. • Maintain reception supplies, marketing materials, and assist with administrative tasks. • Document workplace issues through the service request system.

What You Bring

Working on‑site during standard business hours, the position involves extended periods of sitting or standing at a reception console, regular computer use, and occasional light lifting up to 15 pounds. The fast‑paced environment requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (an associate’s degree is preferred) and a minimum of two years’ experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service. Essential qualities include a professional appearance, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and G‑Suite, and a customer‑service mindset that anticipates needs. Preferred experience includes corporate or high‑end hospitality reception, concierge services, event coordination, familiarity with facilities operations, security awareness training, and prior work in technology‑focused companies. While the role does not provide visa sponsorship, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. • Required: high school diploma (associate preferred) plus 2 + years reception or customer‑service experience. • Required: professional appearance, strong verbal/written communication, Microsoft Office and G‑Suite proficiency, and ability to stay composed under pressure. • Preferred: corporate or high‑end hospitality reception background, event coordination, facilities knowledge, security training, or experience in technology companies.
