About the Role
The Regional Sales Director (Fire & Security) for EMEA Data Centre Solutions leads the sales strategy across the region, focusing on key data centre customers such as hyperscalers and colocation providers. Operating within a global POD structure, the role manages a team of technical sales specialists delivering tailored fire and security solutions that meet complex data centre requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and executing customer‑based sales strategies, uncovering new market opportunities, and forecasting and managing sales performance while aligning with Global Accounts and Silent Aire leadership. The Director also oversees team capability development, technical solution leadership, and ensures consistent high‑quality customer engagement across regions.
