Lead, Finance Application Analyst _Tagetik

About the Role

The role focuses on designing and delivering Tagetik‑based analytics solutions, collaborating closely with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical implementations, and leading data transformation initiatives as part of a global EPM transformation program. You will report to Purushotam Choudhary, the EPM Leader, and work within a cross‑functional EPM team that includes business analysts, functional consultants, and IT infrastructure specialists. Although primarily an individual contributor position, the role offers opportunities to lead solution design, mentor junior developers, and own key deliverables across finance, data governance, and transformation teams. • Develop and implement solutions using CCH Tagetik, emphasizing the Analytics Information Hub (AiH). • Build and maintain Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL‑based logic. • Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Write TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting. • Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies. • Integrate Tagetik with external systems via Data Management tools and APIs. • Ensure secure user provisioning and access control. • Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment. • Join a high‑impact EPM transformation program with cutting‑edge Tagetik AiH architecture. • Work with cross‑functional global finance teams and enterprise‑grade data models.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years of hands‑on CCH Tagetik experience, with at least 2 years in AiH. • Proficiency in DTPs, SQL, ETL pipelines, and TQL scripting within AiH. • Strong data‑modeling and dimension‑design capabilities. • Experience with Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting modules. • Familiarity with Tagetik Consolidation and other EPM tools such as Hyperion, PBCS, and TM1. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work across time zones and shifts.
