About the Role

• Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed. • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution. • Updating Drawings for as-builts • Communicate about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients. • Work performed around hazardous equipment. • Maintenance of crew production schedule Lead Safety Toolbox talks, Comply with Job HazardAnalysis and Site Specific Safety Plan • Completing any tasks assigned by the Regional Manager in an efficient and timely manner. • Identify Safety concerns and prevention. • Create and maintain project task schedule and 3-week look ahead. • Discuss change events. • Outline completed portions of the past week that meet or exceed Project Schedule. • Discuss staff and subcontractor performance. • Work performed in confined areas • Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable. • Identify punch list and observation from previous week. • Attending a weekly project meeting. • Coordinate with Construction Managers, project managers and other project leads following project execution. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need. • Work directly with Regional Manager and project managers to help implement project goals. • Supervise pile Pull Testing & Refusal Logs • May have to interact with Owner’s Field Representative and outside testing agencies. • Review project implementation and gather data on project execution.

What You Bring

• Assertive, able to cope with pressure, and maintain a team player attitude. • Experience with MS Project or comparable project management tools. preferred • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner. • Excessive humidity, rain, etc. • Fluent in written and spoken English and Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of installation methods for the different mechanical systems in the industry • All closeout docs and QA/QC checklists. • Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc. • Willingness to travel and relocate from project to project. • Experience with multiple racking manufacturers, subcontractors, pile driver manufacturers • Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel, etc.) Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties. • Able to walk or move continuosuly while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is recommended to get assistance to lift items over 50 lbs. Check with your project supervisor or project safety director. • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time. • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience supporting the constructions of major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks, or other utility-scale construction projects • Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.). • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines. • 2+ years of commercial or utility scale solar PV mechanical Superintendent or Construction Management experience required. • 3+ years of commercial or utility scale solar PV mechanical Foreman experience required. • Experience with ProCore, preferred. • Requires repetitive movement. • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position • QA/QC Inspection • Work performed at low and/or high elevations • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience reviewing mechanical manuals of installation and design technical packages, understand top of pile designs. • Experience operating construction equipment, pile drivers and GPS surveying equipment
