About the Role
The Office Services Support position at Sundt provides essential administrative assistance for its three Arizona locations, ensuring daily operations run efficiently. The role acts as a liaison among staff, vendors, and trainees, helping to maintain a professional and organized environment. It contributes to the overall effectiveness of the facilities by handling general office duties and supporting training activities. • Assist with all Office Services functions across the three Tempe and Phoenix offices. • Coordinate vendors to support social events and meetings. • Prepare training spaces and review calendars for conflicts. • Maintain Office Services Excel spreadsheets. • Process incoming and outgoing electronic mail. • Process invoices for facilities‑related vendors. • Provide administrative and secretarial support in assigned areas. • Order and deliver office supplies and paperwork. • Handle and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments. • Support users with classroom technology. • Complete assigned responsibilities independently. • Maintain a clean driving record and be service‑oriented. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, or carry objects. • Interact regularly with people and technology during shifts. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift. • Frequently use telephone, computer, email, and other electronic devices for communication.
