About the Role

The position is based in Cleveland, Ohio, within the Cleveland Main division. It is a regular, entry‑level, non‑exempt administrative support role that assists business unit staff with office and facilities matters and provides support to the Administrative Services team. • Serve as primary office point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and staff. • Maintain clean, organized reception, common areas, and conference rooms. • Process daily office tasks such as mail, packages, photocopying, filing, e‑faxes, and invoice handling. • Manage conference room calendars, set up meeting spaces, and coordinate catering requests. • Support business unit events (yearly, bi‑yearly, trimesterly, quarterly) for staff, retirees, and guests. • Act as liaison for vendors, service technicians, and building management. • Display policy and safety signage in collaboration with Office Manager, HR, and EH&S. • Participate in SOP reviews to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities. • Provide coverage for Administrative Services staff during breaks, illness, or vacations. • Assist with local office moves and relocation logistics.

What You Bring

The role requires frequent sitting, computer use, and occasional short‑distance travel. Employees must be able to lift up to 10 lb regularly and up to 25 lb occasionally, and perform routine tasks such as handling mail, operating office equipment, and maintaining a clean workspace. The work environment is an office setting with quiet to moderate noise, and adherence to company safety policies is required. • High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of office experience. • Construction industry or customer‑service experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of office and facilities management. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team. • Good judgment for problem solving and escalation. • Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED certification desired.

The annual salary is estimated between $43,000 and $57,000.
