About the Role

The Site Facilities Manager, reporting to the Account Director, leads the overall program at the client’s facility, ensuring seamless integration with other departments and adherence to relevant regulations. This position emphasizes strong stakeholder communication and strategic oversight of the site’s operations. In addition to operational leadership, the manager is responsible for financial stewardship, including the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting, while maintaining tight control over operating expenses. The role also involves supervising a diverse workforce, handling all aspects of staff management such as hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution in line with organizational policies and legal requirements. • Oversee daily program operations and coordinate with client stakeholders. • Manage team activities, including unionized staff, and ensure performance metrics are met. • Develop, administer, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and expense controls. • Conduct facility inspections, direct maintenance, and oversee vendor contracts. • Supervise hiring, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions for site staff. • Lead safety and risk programs, perform safety inspections, and manage security procedures. • Implement problem‑solving initiatives, cost‑saving measures, and process improvements. • Communicate clearly with customers, produce written reports, and deliver presentations. • Build and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. • Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold organizational policies and values. • Utilize Corrigo, Yardi, BMS, and Microsoft Office applications for facility management tasks.
