Plant Supervisor

About the Role

• Oversee daily operations of the concrete plant. • Use computer systems to batch and dispatch concrete. • Coordinate deliveries and communicate with customers. • Supervise contractors and hauliers on-site. • Perform routine maintenance and inspections. • Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance. • Maintain a clean and well‑presented site. • Keep the plant stocked with approved materials and monitor inventory weekly. • Record maintenance actions and address defects. • Learn concrete batching, quality control and safety compliance.

What You Bring

The Plant Supervisor role in Exeter offers full training and no prior concrete experience is required. The position involves learning concrete production and plant operations, with a salary of £28,000‑£30,000 per annum, 45‑hour weeks and the possibility of overtime.
