Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Our property managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, and work in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal are also required. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
