About the Role
The position also includes responsibilities of a Floor Technician, who cleans and maintains floors through shampooing, extraction, stripping, and waxing, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in accordance with company procedures. • Clean and maintain floors following company standards. • Perform floor care tasks: shampooing, extraction, stripping, waxing using proper equipment. • Use chemical cleaners and power equipment safely to avoid damage. • Report minor or major repairs or additions to building systems to manager. • Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers. • Follow safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by company, clients, and regulators. • Keep floor‑care equipment clean and in good working condition. • Move furniture and equipment as needed to access all floor areas. • Gather and empty trash; keep common spaces tidy. • Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or outdoor walkway maintenance when needed.

What You Bring
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. • Must be at least 18 years old. • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. • Customer service experience preferred. • One year of floor care experience preferred.
