About the Role
Primary duties may include assembling and installing sub‑assembly components on HVAC units according to approved specifications and work instructions. Employees will read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and order forms to verify parts and ensure proper assembly, and will communicate with team members across the production line to maintain workflow and accuracy. Additional responsibilities include performing visual and functional quality checks, moving materials and finished products using appropriate handling methods, keeping the work area clean and organized, and promptly reporting equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or material shortages to supervisors. Workers must wear required personal protective equipment, follow all health and safety regulations, and collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards. What You Bring
Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18 years of age, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred. The role requires the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately, basic knowledge of hand and power tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math and measurement skills, willingness to learn new processes and equipment, and an understanding of workplace safety practices are also essential.
