About the Role

In this role you will define and champion the PLM strategy and roadmap, align it with business objectives, and own the PLM platform through evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to integrate PLM solutions that enhance product development and collaboration. Leadership responsibilities include guiding the PLM team, setting clear goals, serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics. What You Bring

We are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Senior Manager of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of PLM initiatives across the organization, blending technical acumen, leadership, and deep knowledge of engineering and technology PLM functionality. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and brings at least ten years of PLM experience with five years in a leadership role. Proven success in PLM tool implementation, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and familiarity with industry standards are essential. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 10 years of PLM experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of successful PLM tool implementation and management. • Strong leadership and team motivation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Deep understanding of product development processes and PLM integration points. • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience managing budgets and corporate resources. • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for product development and lifecycle management.
