The role involves supporting warehouse operations, preparing ductwork for shipment, organizing materials, and handling equipment safely to meet project timelines. • Assist with shipping and receiving, unload trucks, and check in merchandise. • Seal duct work for shipment. • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins following organizational standards. • Complete jobs promptly to ensure on-time shipment. • Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or with a dolly cart. • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively. • Use various hand and power tools to assemble products. • Lift and move objects weighing up to 30 pounds repeatedly. • Participate in a years-of-service appreciation program.

Benefits
This full-time position is based in Orlando, FL 32824, with day-shift hours of 6:00 am to 2:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Hourly wages range from $17.50 to $25.00 depending on sheet‑metal experience, and successful graduates of the accredited apprenticeship program can earn up to $25.00.
