About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Treasury & Debt Compliance will oversee corporate credit agreements and debt instruments, ensuring compliance, accurate loan reconciliation, and proper interest capitalization. The role acts as a liaison between Development, FP&A/Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and Project Finance teams and reports to the Vice President, Treasury. • Administer corporate credit agreements and ensure compliance with terms. • Prepare and track draw requests, prepayments, maturities, and interest conversions for corporate and project financings. • Perform loan reconciliations and validate principal and interest payments. • Calculate applicable fees, monitor covenant compliance, and communicate with lenders. • Prepare and submit compliance certificates and related documentation. • Review and comment on term sheets and definitive documents for new credit facilities. • Calculate and record interest costs on development projects according to the capitalization policy. • Assist Accounting and FP&A teams with accurate interest calculation and reporting by project. • Coordinate closing documentation to support timely repayment of debt obligations. • Manage issuance, renewal, and tracking of letters of credit, surety bonds, and parent guarantees. • Provide credit‑related documentation to support audits and insurance renewals. • Open and maintain bank accounts, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements. • Prepare schedules and documentation for due diligence, audits, and quarterly/annual debt disclosures. • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and scenario modeling for corporate debt planning. • Evaluate refinancing opportunities, amendments, or new credit facilities. • Develop and improve internal controls for debt‑related workflows. • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams. • Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and drive solutions. • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in day‑to‑day decisions. • Manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality results on time.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Possess 7+ years of corporate finance/treasury/accounting experience, including 3+ years in debt management and compliance. • Demonstrate strong understanding of GAAP accounting for interest capitalization and debt instruments. • Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., Planful, Intacct) and treasury management platforms. • Experienced in implementing credit agreement and debt management systems. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and debt modeling.
