About the Role

Join our growing Acoustics, Noise and Vibration Team within the Prairies & North business as an Intermediate Acoustics, Vibrations and Noise Specialist or Engineer. You will work on field programs, modelling, assessments, and design for innovative environmental and infrastructure projects, collaborating with leading experts to deliver meaningful outcomes for communities and clients. In this role you will develop and manage noise and vibration field programs, conduct scientific research and engineering calculations, produce high‑quality technical reports, and contribute to the design of mitigation solutions for major projects. You will also mentor junior staff, support proposal preparation and client discussions, and maintain strong internal and external relationships while solving field challenges creatively and safely. What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a post‑secondary credential in mechanical, civil, environmental engineering, physics, or a related technical field with at least five years of relevant experience. You should have practical experience in acoustical monitoring and modelling, be comfortable working both in the field and office, be proficient with MS Office, and eager to learn specialized acoustics tools. Organizational skills, adaptability, a clean driver’s abstract, and willingness to travel are essential. • Hold a post‑secondary degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline with 5+ years experience. • Demonstrate practical experience in acoustical monitoring, investigations, and modelling. • Proficient with MS Office and willing to learn specialized acoustics, noise, and vibration tools. • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders. • Possess a vehicle with a clean driver’s abstract and flexibility to travel for field assignments.
